宁波策和休闲用品有限公司创建于2013年，总公司设立在浙江宁波，是一家专注于研发制作户外休闲用品及配套周边产品的企业。策和目前拥有两家子公司，其中一家为全资研发型公司，拥有几十项产品专利。公司90%以上的产品出口日本，设有日本东京办事处，并与几家大型零售企业在产品企画、开发、供应方面建立了紧密的战略合作伙伴关系。
